Toob broadband is available in selected towns and cities across the UK, rather than nationwide, using a combination of its own full fibre network and the wider CityFibre network.
Toob's own network currently covers over 250,000 premises, primarily along the South Coast, including areas such as Southampton, Portsmouth and parts of Surrey. Through its partnership with CityFibre, Toob is also available in a wider range of locations including Milton Keynes, Nottingham, Derby, Peterborough, Coventry, and parts of East Anglia and the Midlands.
CityFibre's network now reaches around 4.7 million homes and businesses across the UK, and Toob continues to expand into new areas as this rollout grows.
As a full fibre provider, availability depends on whether your specific street has been connected, so even in covered towns not every property will be able to order immediately.

Toob offers a simple range of full fibre broadband speeds, with a focus on fast, symmetrical connections delivered directly to the home.
All Toob plans offer symmetrical upload and download speeds, meaning uploads are just as fast as downloads - a key advantage over many other UK broadband providers.

Because Toob uses full fibre (FTTP) connections, speeds are more consistent and less affected by distance compared to part fibre services that rely on copper cables.
As with all UK broadband providers, advertised average speeds must be achievable by at least 50% of customers during peak hours (typically between 8pm and 10pm).

New contracts taken out or renewed from 21st April 2026 will see annual price rises of £2 per month in April.

What router comes with Toob broadband?
Toob broadband packages come with a Linksys Pinnacle WiFi 7 mesh router as standard, designed for full fibre connections and whole-home coverage.
This latest-generation router supports WiFi 7 (802.11be), with features such as Multi-Link Operation (MLO) for improved speed, lower latency, and more stable connections across multiple devices.
It is built to handle gigabit and multi-gigabit broadband speeds, with multi-gig Ethernet ports (including at least one 2.5Gbps WAN/LAN port) for faster wired connections and future upgrades.
The system uses Linksys mesh technology, allowing additional nodes to be added for wider coverage throughout the home, and can be managed via the Linksys app for network control, guest access and parental settings.
Can I get a home phone line with Toob broadband?
No. Toob does not offer a home phone or digital voice service with its broadband packages.
Customers who need a landline service will need to use a separate VoIP provider or rely on mobile calling instead.
Can I improve the WiFi signal in my home with Toob broadband?
Yes. Toob offers a Complete WiFi add-on, which provides a Linksys WiFi 7 mesh system (existing customers with a WiFi 6 router will receive a WiFi 6 mesh booster instead) to improve wireless coverage around the home.
The service costs £6 per month on a 12-month contract and is designed to extend WiFi to every room using additional mesh nodes.
Toob also includes a coverage guarantee, aiming to deliver at least 35Mb speeds in main living areas. If this level of coverage cannot be achieved, you may be able to end the Complete WiFi contract early without termination fees.
Can I get a static IP address with Toob broadband?
Yes. Toob offers a static IP address as an optional add-on for an additional £8 per month.
By default, Toob uses CG-NAT, which means customers share a public IP address. A static IP gives you a dedicated address that does not change.
This can be useful for activities such as hosting servers, remote access, or certain online gaming setups.
Does Toob increase prices during the contract?
Toob applies a fixed £2 per month price increase each April during your contract.
This means your monthly price will rise by £2 once per year in April, rather than staying the same for the full minimum term.

Does Toob offer a social tariff?
Yes. Toob offers a social tariff called Toob Essentials, which provides full fibre broadband for £15 per month with speeds of 50Mb for both download and upload.
The plan is available to customers receiving certain means-tested benefits, including Universal Credit, Pension Credit, Income Support, Jobseeker's Allowance, and Employment and Support Allowance.
Toob Essentials includes free installation and no early termination fees, and is only available in areas where Toob's network has been rolled out.
