NOW TV & Broadband: What's on offer?

NOW TV and Broadband offers discounts on bundling NOW Broadband with NOW TV Memberships, and packages are available across NOW Entertainment, NOW Cinema, and NOW Sports.

NOW TV Memberships offer a low-cost way to watch premium content from Sky and can be viewed on any device that supports the NOW TV app, including smart TVs, smart TV sticks, consoles and laptops.

To get exclusive discounts, NOW TV Memberships must be taken with a NOW Broadband deal, which offers average download speeds up to 63Mbps at peak times through a part-fibre connection. Customers also get a home phone line with pay as you go calls and the option to upgrade the calling plan.

NOW Broadband is available in three package choices, which can all be bundled with NOW TV Memberships for additional savings. Customers can choose from Brilliant Broadband, Fab Fibre and Super Fibre plans.

What content is on NOW TV?

NOW TV and Broadband offer three main TV Membership choices: NOW Entertainment, NOW Cinema, and NOW Sports.

NOW Entertainment includes 17 entertainment and documentary channels, plus 6 channels from the Sky Kids pack. It offers access to channels like Sky Atlantic, Sky Max, Sky Documentaries, Sky Nature, Comedy Central, and MTV.

NOW Cinema is a replica package of Sky Cinema, and includes all 11 Sky Cinema channels as well as access to over 1,000 movies on-demand.

NOW Sports offers access to the Sky Sports pack, with all 8 main Sky Sports channels included, plus Sky Sports News, Sky Sports Racing, and Sky Sports Mix.

NOW TV Memberships offer access to both the live channels as well as on-demand content and catch-up.

How to watch NOW TV

NOW TV and Broadband doesn't include a set-top box, which is a downside in comparison to other streaming services such as Sky Stream, Virgin Stream, or even TalkTalk TV.

However, customers can watch the NOW TV content through any device that supports the NOW TV app. This allows customers to watch NOW TV on their main TV as well as on the go on a laptop or mobile device.

Supporting devices include Apple TV, Roku, Chromecast, Amazon Fire TV, Samsung smart TVs, Sony Android TVs, LG smart TVs, Xbox One, Xbox X/S, PS4 and PS5, as well as Android and iOS devices and desktop computers and laptops through a web browser.

If a customer's TV doesn't already offer the NOW TV app, it's possible to get a Roku or Chromecast smart TV stick to add compatibility to a wider range of TV sets.

New customer offers

Special offers for new customers of NOW TV and Broadband are listed in the table above and kept updated.

To be eligible for these offers customers will have to be new customers of NOW Broadband and they shouldn't have an active membership with the TV plan they want to bundle.

Offers for new customers include reduced price broadband for the length of the minimum term, plus exclusive discounts on NOW TV Memberships when bundled for either 6 or 12 months.

Key terms of NOW TV and Broadband deals

NOW TV and Broadband bundles offer discounted pricing for taking the services together, but customers will get two separate contracts.

NOW Broadband has a minimum contract term of 12 months, and cancelling before this period ends can incur early termination charges.

NOW TV usually comes with a rolling monthly contract which can be cancelled at any time. However, some of the deals available for bundling TV Memberships with broadband offer discounted prices for 6 or 12 months, and these deals may have longer minimum term periods.

NOW reserves the right to increase prices in their contracts, however they don't specify by how much. This means if prices do go up, NOW will give customers 30 days' notice and the option to cancel their contract and leave penalty free.
