Full fibre broadband with download and upload speeds of 300Mb is available for just £21 per month.
Community Fibre, a dedicated London-based full fibre broadband provider, is offering their 300Mb Fibre Broadband plan for just £21 per month for 24 months.
The provider has also recently launched a fixed price contracts offer for new customers signing up before 4th November 2024, who'll avoid any mid-contract price rises.
Availability is limited to London, with some parts of Surrey and Sussex also covered under the old Box network.
Community Fibre's 300Mb Fibre Broadband plan offers average download speeds of 300Mbps, with symmetrical 300Mbps upload speeds as well.
Customers are provided with a new Linksys WiFi 6 Intelligent Mesh router, that supports the latest WiFi 6 protocol, or 802.11ax, as well as mesh for boosting speeds around the home.
It's a bit of a shame then, that Community Fibre's Premium WiFi service, which offers engineer support to install additional Linksys devices to boost WiFi around the home, is limited to just their 1Gb and 3Gb plans. This is despite the fact the previous WiFi in Every Room service could be added to all plans.
The 300Mb Fibre Broadband plan is on offer for a limited time until 4th September 2024, and those interested can find the deal through this link.
Community Fibre say the offer is "risk free" as customers have no setup fees to pay and the provider offers a 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee, where customers can leave in the first 60 days without incurring any early cancellation fees if they're not happy.
Availability is focused in and around London, with some coverage also in Surrey and Sussex where the previous Box network rolled out full fibre broadband. See our free broadband tool to check if you're covered.
Community Fibre are known for offering very good value for money full fibre broadband, with some of the UK's cheapest prices and plans from just £18.99 per month for 150Mbps.
In terms of their 300Mbps plan and how it stacks up, other 300Mbps plans include NOW Broadband's new Full Fibre 300, which currently costs £30 per month, Plusnet Full Fibre 300 costs £29.99 per month, while Virgin Media's M350 package costs £35.99 per month.
Indeed, few major broadband providers come close to Community Fibre's low pricing. Although, other smaller 'alt-net' fibre networks also tend to offer cheaper costs, yet, they're less likely to be available in the same areas.
In London for example, other networks include CityFibre, GNetwork and Hyperoptic, with GNetwork pricing 300Mb at £27 per month and Hyperoptic offering 522Mbps for £35 per month.
So, Community Fibre's 300Mb Fibre Broadband offer for just £21 per month for 24 months with no mid-contract price rises could save customers considerable sums over the length of the contract.
Switching from BT could save customers at least £407.76 based on paying their current introductory price and not including any of BT's £3 per month annual price rises.
