Only new and returning customers are eligible, with returning customers likely needing to have been with another provider for at least 6 months.

Eligible broadband and TV bundles include these deals, with all options listed on our main Virgin Media deals page:

Biggest Combo bundle | 210 | 516Mb average | £78.99 | Free | 24 months |
The Bigger Bundle offers over 200 live TV channels, including Sky Entertainment, Discovery, Comedy Central and National Geographic among others, while the Sports and Movies options also bundle Sky Sports HD and Sky Cinema HD respectively.
For those who want it all, the Biggest Bundle is a great option, with 210+ TV channels, Sky Sports in HD, Sky Cinema in HD, and a subscription to Netflix.
Of course, these bundles also include Virgin Media broadband, with speed options starting from M350 on the Bigger Bundle, M500 on the Biggest Bundle, and Gig1 on the Mega Volt Bundle.
Virgin Media have recently moved to 24-month contract lengths, increasing the period customers must remain on the deal by an extra 6 months.
This change brings them in line with rivals such as BT and EE, as well as Sky broadband and Sky TV, who also moved to longer term deals in June 2024.
While customers are tied in a little longer, it also means they'll benefit from the lower introductory prices offered to new customers for an extra six months too, boosting savings and delaying the need to recontract with Virgin Media or switch away for a better deal.
At the time of writing, the deals eligible for the free 50" HiSense Smart TV offer start at just £44.99 per month for the Bigger Bundle + Movies, which includes Sky Cinema in full 1080p HD and fast 362Mbps broadband.

Of course, there are also Volt variant bundles to consider, these boost the broadband speed to the next tier, bundle up to 3 WiFi boosters, and include O2 mobile benefits, including a free 30GB SIM. So, these plans are worth serious consideration for homes that want the fastest broadband experience and also use O2 mobile.
