Existing customers will pay an extra £3 per month on their NOW Broadband bill from July.
Prices for NOW Broadband packages will be going up by £3 per month from 4th July 2025 for existing customers.
The annual price rise follows similar rises last year, when NOW Broadband also increased prices by £3 per month.
Customers unhappy with the change will be able to cancel their contracts early as long as they do so within 31 days of being notified.
While most broadband customers see their prices go up in March or April, NOW Broadband prices tend to go up later in July.
For 2025, NOW Broadband have announced prices for existing customers will be increasing by £3 per month from 4th July 2025.
The amount matches the £3 per month rise we saw from NOW Broadband in July 2024, as well as a similar rise seen by parent company Sky's customers in April 2025 of £3 per month.
While pounds and pence-based price rises are the norm in 2025, customers who've opted for NOW Broadband's budget prices may well feel the pinch more than others.
This is because typical annual prices rises are now £3 per month on most broadband plans, compared to a previous percentage-based increase, which would see smaller rises on cheaper plans.
Unlike many other broadband providers, including BT and Virgin Media, NOW Broadband do allow their customers the chance to reject their annual price rises.
Customers are being given 31 days from the date they receive this price rise notification from NOW Broadband to cancel their contract if they are within a minimum term. Of course, those outside of any minimum term will be able to cancel and switch at any time.
For those who don't want to pay more, it's worthwhile comparing broadband deals by price, including seeing which are the cheapest to switch to, to find a better price first.
It's possible to get part fibre deals from as little as £16.50 per month, or for those on NOW Broadband full fibre packages, prices are available with other providers from just £19 per month, at the time of writing.
The full announcement from NOW, reads:
"At NOW, we're all about bringing you great value and reliable broadband so you can stay connected to everything you love. That's why we've invested in growing our broadband network capacity by 24% since 2022, reducing congestion so you can get faster speeds, even at peak times.
"We understand that things are tough right now, and so alongside investing in improvements, we're committed to keeping prices as low as we can. The costs of providing services have, however, increased significantly, and it's affecting the entire industry.
"Many other providers have raised their prices, and we've made some changes too. The prices of our broadband membership plans have gone up by £3. You'll see the price change reflected in your bill on or after 4 July 2025.
"You don't need to do anything - your NOW Broadband will continue as usual. We hope you'll continue to enjoy our services, but if you're not happy with these changes, you can cancel your NOW Broadband Membership. If you're within your minimum contract period, give us a call on 0330 041 2498 within 31 days of receiving the price increase notification to avoid early termination charges.".
