Virgin Media offers Asian Mela bundle free

Virgin Media customers can watch premium South Asian TV free for one month.

In celebration of South Asian Heritage Month, Virgin Media is offering all their TV customers access to their Asian Mela bundle for free.

From 18th July to 17th August 2025, customers will be able to watch 14 premium South Asian TV channels at no extra cost.

The Asian Mela bundle usually costs £12 per month, and offers customers access to thousands of hours of South Asian entertainment.

Virgin Media is marking South Asian Heritage Month by giving all of their TV customers free access to 14 premium South Asian channels from 18th July to 17th August 2025.

The premium TV channels form part of Virgin Media's Asian Mela add-on, which usually costs customers £12 per month to watch.

Those to benefit cover all Virgin Media TV customers, including those on Flex, as well as pre-made bundles such as the Bigger Combo Bundle or Mega Volt Bundle.

This limited-time offer opens up South Asian dramas, movies, lifestyle shows, and sporting events to all viewers.

The line-up includes popular shows such as Anupama on Utsav Plus HD, Tum Se Tum Tak on Zee TV HD, Mangal Lakshmi on Colors HD, and the historical epic Prithviraj Chauhan on Sony TV HD.

Highlighting the South Asian celebration is the highly anticipated return of the legendary Amitabh Bachchan as host of Kaun Banega Crorepati, which launches its 17th season on August 11 via Sony TV HD. Additionally, the beloved soap opera Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi is set for a long-awaited comeback with Season 2 on Utsav Plus HD on July 29 - exactly 25 years after it first premiered.

Cricket enthusiasts can also enjoy the return of the World Championship of Legends on Sony MAX HD, featuring 18 T20 matches and appearances from cricket greats such as Yuvraj Singh, Harbhajan Singh, Eoin Morgan, Shahid Afridi, and Chris Gayle.

For movie buffs, six dedicated Indian film channels are included in the offer. Among the highlights is Pushpa: The Rule - Part 2, the highest-grossing Indian film of 2024, airing on Zee Cinema HD. Classic Bollywood fans can also revisit timeless favourites like Pardes on B4U Movies.

For those who've yet to subscribe to Virgin Media, new customers can still benefit from this offer by signing up to one of their reduced-price pre-made bundles, or taking Flex with Virgin Media broadband for just £5 per month.

The cheapest way to watch Asian Mela at no extra cost this month is with Virgin Media's M125 Fibre Broadband and Flex TV plan for just £28.99 per month for 24 months.

Flex includes over 150 live channels as well as access to on-demand apps including Netflix, Apple TV+, Disney+, Paramount+, and others.
